About the Creator
Lisa Bream
Storyland Classics is the work of Lisa Bream, who narrates every story, poem, and nursery rhyme herself. Her gentle English voice is the heart of each video, and it carries the feeling of being read to from a much-loved book, the way so many of these classics were first shared.
Before Storyland Classics, Lisa spent 18 years teaching digital production at American University, working at the intersection of technology and storytelling. That love of craft and medium shapes every frame.
How the videos are made. Lisa chooses each text, narrates it, and directs and edits every video. The illustrations and animation are created with AI tools, which she guides, corrects, and refines scene by scene until each one feels true to the original work and to the Golden Age storybook art that inspires it.

Storyland Classics was born from a lifelong love of the stories that feel gently worn from being read aloud and passed down. These poems and tales have lasted not because they are flashy, but because they speak quietly to childhood wonder, and to the grown-up who still remembers it.
So much of today’s content is fast and loud. Storyland Classics offers something slower: unhurried narration, warm storybook illustration, and gentle motion, whether you’re sharing a bedtime story, teaching a lesson, or simply winding down at the end of the day.
